Jadavpur University or JU is a premier public research university located in urban metropolitan city of Kolkata, West Bengal. It has two campuses, the main campus at Jadavpur and the new campus at Salt Lake, approximately 12.6 kilometres (7.8 mi) and 8.8 kilometres (5.5 mi) from the city centre respectively. A third campus is due to open at the site of the erstwhile National Instruments (CSIR India), opposite the main campus along the Raja S.C. JU Exam Admit Card / Hall Ticket Download

Jadavpur University has issued the exam Admit Card. Candidates can download their hall ticket from the official website. Jadavpur University Admission 2019

The University offers Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and research courses in a variety of disciplines. The application form for the majority of Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses is made available on the university website and the admission to most of the courses is done around July.  

The admission to the technical courses is through different Entrance Tests and for the rest of them it is based on merit. The University follows reservation policy of the state of West Bengal which is available only to candidates who are domiciled in West Bengal.

The University invites Applications for admission to the UG programmes for the academic year. The programmes offered are Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.), Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) Programme for a duration of 4 years and the Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) Programme for a duration of 5 years.

The admission to the programmes will be based on the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE). The entire application procedure is online and must be completed first with further dates being available for uploading of documents and payment of fees. The reservation policy will be as per the state government rules but the candidate will have to have a domicile in West Bengal only.
